PHS MISSION FIT

What is PHS Mission Fit?

The USPHS Commissioned Corps is the nation's uniformed public health force. To remain ready, Public Health Service officers must maintain consistent standards of fitness and whole-person wellness. PHS Mission Fit is a holistic fitness and wellness initiative launched by the HHS Assistant Secretary for Health to build a stronger, more resilient, and unified Public Health Service. This initiative supports readiness in physical fitness, mental wellness, sleep, and nutrition.
