I would definitely use exergaming as a tool to introduce children to fitness and exercise and as a way to have fun while trying a variety of different games. Using the Wii system, the children can learn bowling, tennis, baseball, water-skiing, and more. It's the programming that is the challenge and finding people who know how to use the Wii for fun and fitness and can use one Wii to reach a group of kids. It doesn't have to cost a lot of money and take a lot of time to immediately get started to get up and moving.
