Abstract

Partnership for Caring is a national nonprofit organization devoted to raising consumer expectations and increasing demand for excellent care at the end-of-life. Partnership for Caring has a dual focus: to provide service to individuals and to work for broader societal change.We operate the only national hotline that responds to patients and loved ones in end-of-life crisis, provides information to the public, proffesionals and government officials, and engage in efforts to improve the quality and access to care for all dying individual and their families.

Publications

Partnership for Caring publishes the End-of-Life Law Digest that is a quarterly online professional publication that tracks and monitors state and federal legislation that impacts end-of-life care. The Digest provides legislation updates; fact sheets which summarize all major appellate cases state-by-state and statutory citation lists and maps which highlight key end-of-life issues. Partnership for Caring Videos are also available dealing with a wide range of end-of-life issues including physical, emotional, spiritual, legal, and issues related to severely ill infants.
