Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) intake ranged from approximately 6 to 34 percent of energy. Weighted least-squares regression analyses were performed using the mixed procedure to test for differences in lipid concentrations (SAS Statistical package, version 8.00, SAS Institute, Inc., 1999).
