Join the PAG Supporter Network

The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans (PAG) Supporter Network is an opportunity for Supporters to share ideas and best practices for encouraging Americans to be more physically active. HHS offers e-marketing tools for promoting physical activity to members of the PAG Supporter Network and opportunities to interact with other PAG Supporter Network organizations through the Be Active Your Way blog. Be sure to visit the blog each week to learn from and share with colleagues.

We invite your organization to join the PAG Supporter Network. Supporter organizations help get the word out about the amount of physical activity Americans need for their health.

When you complete the sign-up form below, you will receive a CD that includes helpful PAG information and resources from the PAG Supporter Network Toolkit. Organizations that sign up as a Supporter will be added to the online list of PAG Supporters Network member organizations.

Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans Toolkit

For organizations and communities

A comprehensive approach to helping all Americans achieve the health benefits of regular physical activity involves action at all levels of society: individual, interpersonal, organizational, community, and public policy. Your organization can sign up to be a Supporter of the 2008 Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans and help get the word out about the Guidelines.

As a Supporter, you will receive a CD with the 2008 Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans Toolkit. The toolkit provides resources that will complement what your organization is doing now to encourage people in your community to get the amount of physical activity they need, based on the Guidelines and their own goals. Encourage Americans to make healthier lifestyle choices, and to Be Active, Healthy, and Happy!
